The location on the peninsula is perfect, right by the sea with stunning views of the Greek island of Mies. The staff is friendly and the breakfast served at the mediterranean view is wonderful.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed!

We stayed near charming Kas town, making it easy to explore the stunning antiquity sites nearby. We took a short cab ride for around 35 TL to a nearby coast, where the hotel had a private area - perfect for a tranquil day out. the beautiful views from the breakfast terrace were hard to forget and made for a great start to the day.
It was disappointing to find some staff aloof and lacking in warmth towards guests, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

The hotel had fantastic views of both the ocean and mountains. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the non-buffet aspect. The staff was cute and always eager to help. the transportation was easy to navigate, and the private area down from the resort was a nice touch.
Nothings.

This boutique hotel offers a beautiful and scenic location, perfect for a relaxing city break. The hotel's private beach is a highlight, with crystal-clear waters and stunning views. Another advantage is the delicious and organic food served by the owners, who are very hospitable.
The rooms can be somewhat basic, lacking modern furnishings and amenities that would give a touch of luxury to the experience. some of the facilities can seem run-down or in need of repair.

Great view from the hotel, amazing food, and very hospitable owners. the view was the best part of the trip. the hotel is far enough away from the town that there weren't too many people around, and we felt like we had some privacy. the food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and it was really nice to have a lot of organic options.
The rooms were quite basic, and there were some issues with the air conditioning and phone not working. the kitchenette lacked basic equipment, and there were some problems with mosquitoes, which made it difficult to stay outdoors for very long.
